Trains From Barcelona AirportThe RENFE train service runs approximately every 30 mins to and from Barcelona airport to the city centre. Travel time approximately 25 minutes. When travelling from the airport to the city centre you can get off at Barcelona Sants, Passeig de Gracia or Clot which are serviced by metro stops. From these you can change for the Barcelona metro metro underground system to go to your final destination. If you have not bought a T10 ticket and just purchased a normal ticket then you will have to buy another ticket for the change at Estacio Sants Barcelona Sants. If you have a T10 ticket you can change without paying an additional charge. The metro runs directly from Barcelona Sants station and from Passeig de Gracia The following directions allow you to get from the Airport the closest metro at our Flats By Days apartments:- Bellafila Gothic Apartments From the Airport you may take the Airport Train connect to the Blue Line metro in Sants Estacio Train Station from there take the line to Verdaguer Metro Stop where you can change to the Yellow Line Metro to the Jaume 1 stop. From there it is a short 3 minute walk to the apartment. Additionally you can take the Aerobus into Plaza Catalunya. Then take the red line metro to Urquinaona to the yellow line metro to the Jaume 1 stop. From there it is a short 3 minute walk to the apartment. Esparteria Born Apartments From Barcelona Airport to P.ge de Gracia then a train from P.ge de Gracia to Estacion Francia which generally leaves from the same platform. The journey lasts approx 30/40 minutues. The first train leaves at 06,38 and the last train leaves at 22,32 (it might change according to the days/festivities) From Estaci?n de Francia there it is a 4 minute walk. Cross Marques L'Argentera and turn left, the 4th street on your right is Rera Palau which will lead you to Esparteria after the Plaza de Les Olles. The train costs 1.30EUR but you can also buy the T-10 card (zone 1) at the airport train station which is a 10 journey tavel card. You can use the card for local trains, buses and underground and it costs 7,70EUR. The T-card is not personal and the 10 journeys tickets can be shared between a group. Portaferrisa Ramblas Apartments From the Airport take the Aerobus from Barcelona Airport to Plaza Catalunya. From there calle Portaferrisa is roughly 300 metres walk down Las Ramblas to the left. Opera Ramblas Apartments From the Airport take the Aerobus from Barcelona Airport to Plaza Catalunya. From there calle Portaferrisa is roughly 300 metres walk down Las Ramblas to the left while Opera Apartments are located on the first right in carrer d?en Roca Ramblas Santa Monica Apartments From the Airport take the Aerobus from Barcelona Airport to Plaza Catalunya. From here take the metro two stops on the green line to Drassanes. Exit Ramblas. Metro

The tram system covers the west and east of the Barcelona Diagonal. It links Barcelona (Pla?a Francesc Maci?) to several towns in the Baix Llobregat county, such as Esplugues, Cornell?, Sant Just Desvern and Sant Joan Desp?. This system consists of 3 lines, which share a common stretch from Francesc Maci? to Montesa in Esplugues, where T3 branches off towards Sant Just Desvern. Therefore, it is a fantastic way to visit the suburbs of the city. Additionally the second tram system, opened on 8 May 2004 to provide service during the 'F?rum de les Cultures', runs from Pla?a de les Gl?ries Catalanes (L1) to Ciutadella-Vila Ol?mpica (L4).
