Located on the second floor with lift and a double
balcony to the outside; a calm and luminous place. Old and new are
exquisitely combined here with restored wooden ceilings, original
stone walls, parquet floor and designer kitchen. One double bed
bedroom, a bunk bed in another bedroom, and a living-room with a
double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, and completely equipped
bathroom. Air conditioning (Hot/Cold), vitro-ceramic kitchen: oven,
fridge, microwave, coffee machine, TV & DVD, Hi-Fi, iron and
board. This owner requires a 200 Euro security deposit to be returned
